You are doing all the things, but keep falling back to hold patterns? Why!? Neurons that fire together, wire together. If you have done something a thousand times, it is deeply engrained and wired in as a habit.
So what if this “habit” isn’t serving us? It’s not about willpower. You could be doing all of the “right” things, but still fall back to old patterns. It’s not your fault, you just have to choose a different reaction/decision. This takes time and consistency.
