#168 – Why You Have to Have An Inspiring Morning Ritual

Hello & welcome back! 

I’m still so inspired after the podcast with Nicho last week – he’s inspired me to go back to my meditation, which means I’m meditating twice a day for 20 minutes.

I love it and I can already feel the difference. Sometimes we all just need a nudge, don’t we?!

As we’re on the cusp of a new quarter (at time of release), it’s time for me to quickly review & refine my morning ritual.

If I win the morning, I know I’ll win the day - and I want to have my most productive Q2 ever. 

So today I want to share with you why it’s so important to have a morning ritual to support your dream life.
