Wai Bin-Lai is Director Enterprise Technology Adoption for GP Strategies in Europe. We talk with him on his view and definition of technology adoption and tactics to achieve it: Organizational change management, End-user enablement and adoption solutions, Performance support and digital adoption solutions and platforms. We also look into what GP Strategies is doing in this space in general – but also in the SAP context. GP Strategies is a so called SAP Partner Managed Cloud Partner (PMC) for SAP Enable Now and offers this as an own service called GP Wise.
