Today's guest, therapist, and author, Minaa B., is an amazing original thinker. I first came across her work on Instagram, and I was blown away by how precise she is with her words and finding the intersection of our humanness.

I love her content and wanted to have her on the show to talk about her new book, Owning Our Struggles: A Path to Healing and Finding Community in a Broken World. We also chat about boundaries and Minaa describes how she deals with pushback against having her phone on "do not disturb."
