January is a time so many set goals, declare resolutions and make plans–and so many of those things NEVER happen. And it’s largely because a planning process is absent.
One of the things I regularly do is go through an evaluation process of the year that has just past–and work on what my new year will look like. I spend time writing out my vision for the upcoming year, and I look at what I learned and celebrated from the past year.
In a nutshell, I ‘pre-plan’ what my upcoming year will be. I don’t wait for it to happen and I react and adjust. I decide. And in this week’s episode, I take you through my exact process.
