

Episode 16: Journaling for Goal Setting and Achievement
Today, we’re diving into one of my all-time favorite uses for journaling: goal setting and achieving those big, beautiful dreams in your heart. Because journaling isn’t just for sorting out your feelings (although we love a good emotional brain dump!). It’s also one of the most powerful tools I know for creating the life you want—on purpose.
Let’s recap the prompts real quick so you can come back to them:
1. If I had unlimited time, money, energy, and confidence—what would I love to do, experience, or become this year?
2. What’s one goal I want to achieve in the next 90 days—and why does it matter to me?
3. What would I need to believe about myself in order to achieve that goal?
4. What small action could I take today that would move me 1% closer to that goal?
5. Dear Past Me, I’m so proud of you because…
Write them down, take your time, and enjoy the process. You're not just setting goals—you’re building your life on purpose.
