Amberly Lago is literally unstoppable. But when her youngest daughter was only 2 years old she was tragically hit by an SUV while riding her motorcycle home from work and nearly lost her life. Amberly shares the horrifying aftermath of nearly losing her leg and enduring 34 surgeries only to find that she was now in constant and excruciating pain. Amberly speaks candidly about her subsequent struggles with addiction and why moving her body not only saved her (this woman had a pull up bar installed above her hospital bed!) body but also her mind.
