About Gary Leeman:

Gary Leeman was raised by his grandparents, who ran a successful truck repair business. Although he always wanted to run his own business, his family’s unspoken rule was to "go to college." However, after experiencing the challenges of running a business, including skipping his own paycheck to make payroll, Gary understood the tough, risky, and sacrificial nature of entrepreneurship.

Despite some success in corporate roles, Gary never gave up on his dream of owning his own businesses. He attempted several ventures, including one that earned him a patent and another that aimed to help wheelchair users, but many of his ideas didn’t take off. His breakthrough came when he joined forces with three others to start a business. While the experience was exciting, the chaotic nature of entrepreneurship was taking a toll on his health and family, and the business struggled.

Everything changed when Gary discovered and implemented EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). Within a year, his company turned around, growing 5X in revenue and doubling profits within 18 months.
