20: Diversity in the Workplace with Ava Smith

On this episode of Spa Skin and Beauty formerly known as The Lindsey Holder Show, Lindsey discusses diversity in the workplace. As a small business owner, do you know the importance of having diversity and inclusion in your business? Do you know the difference between them? There are so many different types of diversity, it can even mean between extroverts and introverts! That is fascinating to me.

I needed help understanding these differences, how I can learn about them, and make my culture and small business stronger. To do that, I asked my HR consultant for over five years, Ava Smith of HR Specialties.

Ava has been my go-to for everything HR and I consider her my life jacket in business.
