Eric Sardina is a business and life coach with 30 years experience in corporate sales and marketing in the Fortune 500 and several start-ups. After experiencing significant success and reaching the C-suite, Eric still felt something was missing, and he began to wonder if he was truly serving his life's purpose and doing what he was created to do by God. In July of 2021, he made a significant pivot and left his corporate career to coach others and help them align with their values and be the authentic person they were created to be. In 2022, Eric launched the Return to Authenticity podcast where he interviews guests who have made bold pivots toward their authentic selves.
