In every scenario and especially in business, you have the power to niche down, do a big scale do-over or reposition whenever you think you need to. Successful leaders and entrepreneurs exercise the right to change their minds.

My guest today is the perfect example of a successful entrepreneur ending one business to start another that felt more aligned with her ambitions and goals. If your business doesn’t fulfill you or make you happy, eventually it will plateau. But, being aware of your positioning and knowing when it’s time to pivot can prevent that.
