Ken holds a bachelor's in exercise science and health science, and as you’ll hear in this episode, has a thorough understanding of the biomechanics of the human body and what is required to find the optimal balance of aerodynamics, power output, and comfort.

His work both in bike fitting and the development of optimal bike components is now being utilised by many of the world's top cyclists and cycling teams.
