1st Time Bodybuilding Prep with Olivia Oneid - Claire Currie
Today, I sat down with Claire Currie, a doctoral student in Physical Therapy based in San Antonio, Texas. With a background in competing in single-ply powerlifting and strongman, Claire has spent the past several years working with Olivia for nutrition coaching. Now in prep for her first bodybuilding show, Claire continues to push new boundaries under Olivia's guidance, who now oversees both her training and nutrition. Her passion for human performance, resilience, and education drives both her academic and athletic pursuits.
