Robbie Kroger is a documentarian and a fierce conservationist. He also just so happens to love hunting. Robbie is the visionary behind the documentary series Blood Origins. Blood Origins is a deeply important series of stories that sets out to portray the lives of hunters. The goal? Robbie wants the collection of stories to serve as a series of inspiration that speaks to why people love hunting & why we should protect it. As you could imagine, the stories that Robbie has himself through recording the show, and hunting in all different corners of the world, are insane. In our episode, we talk about how Robbie got started hunting as a South African immigrant to Mississippi, the legacy that his grandfather passed down to him, and some of the wild stories he's seen first hand through hunting. His documentary series won an award in 2018/2019 from TMVA for Best Hunting Video of the Year, which speaks to the quality of the stories Robbie is able to find and tell.
