Braede and Gavin came over to chat about all the things. Everything from business, to workplace environment to raising children and even to fitness. This episode could have been twice as long as it was but I think that's the best part of a meaningful conversation. It's all about looking forward to next time you see the people. 

We talked about how it's better to not worry about what everyone else does or what everyone else thinks is normal and simply worry about doing things that mean a lot to you and things that you feel really passionate about.

Gavin Fedorak had already co-founded Press'd sandwich shop before him and Braede created Love Pizza so he is a great source of knowledge and experience which it comes to creating and running a franchise and business ownership. 

Near the end of the episode we also chatted about the newest business venture of this power couple, you'll have to listen to find out what is coming soon. It's amazing how the right frame of mind can allow you to accomplish so many great things within a career. It just takes patience.

At the same time, they do a great job of raising the Love Pizza Prince in a way that feels right for them and works for their family.

It's good to be in tune with what you feel is most important to you because at the end of the day if you just do what everyone says you are supposed to do, will you really be happy?
