She has worked extensively in poultry extension across multiple institutions, including the University of Florida and University of Minnesota. Currently at the University of Kentucky, she focuses on enhancing poultry sustainability and education. With a diverse background in broiler and egg industries, Dr. Jacob shares valuable insights on the latest advancements in poultry veterinary education.
