Julie Gates is a real estate investor, property manager, and agent living in Savannah, GA. Julie specializes in Short Term Rentals. Julie started her short term rental management company, Sid Was Here, in 2017. She named it after her son’s squirrel rescue, which is named for his first rescue, Sid.
