My personal journey has taken me through a multitude of chronic diseases, leaving me feeling depleted and energy drained - so much so that I was exhausted even climbing the stairs! I decided enough was enough, with two young children and only in my mid-30s I knew I had to take matters into my own hands. And so began my mission to biohack my body and mind back to optimal health.
