For this week's episode, I want to take a step back as we enter the week of Thanksgiving here in the United States to have a little perspective on everything in the year 2020. I don't think many of us could look at 2020 and think it has gone according to anyone's plan or that it was easy.
I want to encourage each of you to have some graciousness and gratitude, even if it is in the smallest factors that you're still here. During this holiday season, make sure you take some time for yourself as we all have been through a lot. The stress has been high. The burden has been enormous, and the pains have been real. Please, take some time for you.
