In this episode, I discuss the value of being "easy to work with" when working with sellers and brokers, specifically as it relates to re-trading deals. Negotiating after inspections or due diligence is sometimes necessary, however, I often see both newer and experienced investors negotiating after finding trivial issues. Don't negotiate just to negotiate... it will hurt your reputation.
