  I understand that not everyone has the same experience, but through my own journey, I learned that I do not need alcohol to be confident or to enjoy socializing. I encourage others to become aware of their own relationship with alcohol and make the decision that is right for them. For me, sobriety allows me to make conscious, intentional decisions and enjoy relationships without relying on alcohol.
