This week's Squiggly Careers episode was recorded Live at the Sunday Times Life Lessons festival where Helen and Sarah were joined by Tom Chapman, Pip Murray and Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton to talk about work and wellbeing.

With Tom, Helen and Sarah explore the need to create safe spaces for people to talk about mental health and the the venture he started (Lions Barber Collective). With Pip Murray, founder of Pip & Nut, they talk about the challenge of prioritising your wellbeing when you are starting and scaling a business. Finally, with Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton, they talk about overcoming adversity, development resilience and dealing with discrimination.
