Anthony Kunkel (@anthonykunkel) is a runner, and a “restless biohacker nerd”. He lives a life dedicated to training and exploring what works, what doesn’t, and how to do it all better. He aims to use his athletic endeavors and achievements to push the dialogue forward in all other aspects of life.
Anthony and I connected through the Wukiyo brand. We had a great discussion on how one can learn life lessons through training. And specifically, the hard and dedicated type of training that Anthony does.
There’s a lot to learn in this conversation if you really pay attention. The tangible advice on running and recovery, coming back from injuries and general performance advice Anthony shared is extremely valuable, but I challenge you to look for more in this.
