Times are changing and we have to adapt to those changes. Old paradigms do not work for us anymore and we need more preventitive measures to prevent and recover from burn out. In this episode, I introduce this concept of adaptability. I am refining how to articulate it and explain it. The research and data I am collecting at Bliss Bar shows we need more grounding, more self-care, more boundaries, and more communication. With how fast life is moving, we have to adjust our lifestyles so we are prioritizing our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
