ABC News Breakfast dream team Michael Rowland and Lisa Millar join the Performance Intelligence Podcast, and in this bite size episode they discuss their favourite interviews and what they think underpins a quality discussion. 

Lisa talks about how she managed to get an interview with the elusive Fidel Castro, in Cuba, after chasing him around the country for days. Michael discusses how even though he has interviewed big hitters like Dolly Parton and Kenny Rodgers, his favourite moment was an interview with politician Steven Jones and his son Paddy, who likes to wear dresses and female clothes. Michael relishes the opportunity of being able to connect with Paddy and have a roar and honest discussion with him on live breakfast TV.
