Melissa Mauricio is a Transformational Health Coach who specializes in working with women who have anxiety around food. She helps them find peace with food so they can feel free and live a life they love.
After decades of struggling with her relationship with food, she was able to find the freedom, health and life she always wanted. She has made it her mission and life’s work to help others who have struggled with food or body image, find peace and reclaim their life. She has a Master’s level certification in Transformational Coaching from Health Coach Institute. She is based in Boston and works with clients all over through her private practice. When she's not coaching you can find her teaching Barre3 in Massachusetts or at home with her life partner and their dog, Sophie.
