John is husband to Lara, father of five children, and an attorney and managing partner of a law firm in Atlanta, GA.
John is also a 3X Ironman finisher and is currently training for two full distance races this year. John hopes to finish twelve over the next years to earn his legacy and stamp his ticket to Kona.
John shares some advice that he did not receive from the pros that he feels can be helpful to the late night finishers.
