Between 25 and 50 percent of the population are introverts.

There’s also a lot of misconceptions about introverts. People tend to think they’re super shy or anti-social. But what’s closer to accurate is just that they focus more on internal thoughts and feelings than they do on external stimuli.

These assumptions seem like weaknesses, but the truth is, being an introvert is actually a superpower.

If you’re an Introvert, you tend to be a good listener. You think before you speak. You usually notice what other people miss. Yeah you enjoy time alone, but you also care about people, so you prefer quality over quantity in your relationships. Your mind is always active.

Being an introvert doesn’t come without struggles though. You may tend to overthink, or compare yourself to others. You might let fear or lack of confidence hold your back.

But your struggles can be transformed into your greatest strengths. We just need to know the right tools to get the job done.

And that’s what we’re talking about today.

Our guest is Holley Gerth. She is a bestselling author, licensed counselor, and life coach. She’s shares everything you need to know, from brain science to the psychological, relational, and spiritual aspects of being an introvert.
