Many men mistakenly credit/blame their sexual needs for the sexual (mis)behaviors. "I have needs and they have to get met somehow." This line of thinking is actually juvenile and untrue. Sexual urges and impulses are desires, they are not needs. Today's episode explores 4 core needs that drive much of our behavior and day-to-day functioning. These needs WILL get met, the question is how? It is our responsibility to ensure that we find healthy ways, otherwise we find ourselves mired in dysfunctional behaviors like porn addiction.
