Ferd Niemann’s current niche is mobile home park (MHP) law. There is a lot of hostility around MHPs and each year, more are being redeveloped or destroyed than are being created. Tristan Thomas plays a major role as an infill manager in developing MHPs. He explains the process of filling a vacant pad, and some of the pitfalls remote infill managers like him encounter. He also talks about the importance of investing out-of-state for scaling, how he communicates, organizes, and documents his processes.
