In this episode, I sit down with my wife, Olivia Oneid, IFBB Wellness Pro and Co-Owner of Master Athletic Performance to answer your questions.

Olivia is an IFBB Wellness Pro, she holds the Canadian records in squat and deadlift in the 75kg weight class and is ranked 13th in Canada. She holds an Honors BSc in Kinesiology, diploma in Health & Fitness, NCI L2 Nutrition Coach & Hormone Specialist, as well as a female bodybuilding certificate.

When and how do you look to implement Carb Cycling diets with your clients?
I see a lot of things like Rest/ Pause, MyoRep, Drop Sets and Clusters in training programs.  What are they and why are they in there?
Maybe it’s TMI, but I’ve been having trouble with my digestion.  What sorts of things can I be doing with my nutrition to improve that?
Eating around the holidays is giving me a lot of anxiety.  How can I enjoy my holiday season, while not destroying my progress?
I want to improve my physique and stay strong in the big 3 powerlifts.  How do I prioritize both goals at the same time?
