Today we are diving into a new paradigm I recently began learning about, the Enneagram which was created in 1915 and refined in 1960 to include the 9 personality types.

The Enneagram is a system of nine interconnected personality archetypes or types. It describes three "centers of intelligence," nine personality "types," and twenty-seven "subtypes" that provide an amazingly accurate picture of personality in terms of the patterns associated with the way we function.

Understanding your personality type and the type of those you are in relationship with…your spouse, kids, siblings, etc. opens an opportunity to lower our judgment and raise our acceptance of ourselves and others. The end result, the Enneagram, guides you to become the healthiest and most self-compassionate version of yourself and enables you to navigate all your relationships with more mastery.
