#83- The RecoverED Project (with Sam, Emma, and Francesca)

Happy Friday! This week, we are joined by three members of The RecoverED Project team, Sam, Emma, and Francesca. The RecoverED Project is a teen and young-adult-led nonprofit organization aiming to aid those in ED Recovery and spread awareness about eating disorders. Their main goal is to help as many individuals as possible find their freEDom and steal back their life from their eating disorder. In this episode, our guests share their own personal stories with eating disorders/disordered eating, discuss some common misconceptions about EDs, and explain why they're passionate about being a part of this organization. They all also share some messages that they would give to their past selves which will, hopefully, positively impact someone listening out there.
