She is a holistic nutrition specialist who runs Massey Wellness, a company that specializes in holistic lifestyle transformation. She is also the author of the brand-new book The Ultimate Meal Prep Guide to Simplify Clean Eating. We discuss her background as a trauma nurse, how her son’s illness led her to holistic health, the way that government organizations like the FDA produce bad information about health, the problems with big pharma and the medical-industrial complex, the government’s failed response to Covid, and how dieting and exercise are the keys to being a truly free person.
