However, it is important to ask oneself why you are doing it. Is it to prove somebody wrong? Is it to prove your dad is wrong? Is it a big "F you" to somebody that said they couldn't do it? Oftentimes, people get down a path and lie to themselves, living other people's injected lives and views. When one understands how the game of real estate or business works, they understand that there is a market cycle, reasons, marketing, money, etc. However, what is not focused on is WHY.
