Ep 7 - Part 3 Why Would Anyone Want To Work For You
Here is the 3rd and final part to our series on attracting and retaining great people. Now that we have secured some new talent, what are we going to do to ensure they remain on the team and continue to help us fulfill our team’s mission? Have we truly created an environment that matches what we sold our prospect during the interview and onboarding process? Are we providing a vision that is sticky and creates a real drive from our employees to join the mission for the long hall?
The universal pain point for most organizations is filling the seats with A+ players. Are we taking an honest review of our company, the culture we have established and the actual benefits that we are providing our employees? It’s critical that we look at our organization through the eyes of our prospects and existing employees. What’s in it for them? So often we ask that question and only look at it through our own eyes. We forget that the things that seem the most valuable to us may not be as valuable to those we are trying to hire.
