I share why true teamwork requires general contractors to lead with takt planning, structured pull planning, and filtered look-aheads that reduce waste instead of adding it. Along the way, I talk about the importance of purpose in our tools and meetings, reminding us that the goal is not to look collaborative but to actually work as one. This episode is a call to elevate the industry by ending the habit of putting it all on the trades and finally stepping up to do our part as leaders.
