Melissa is the host of the "Hormonally Yours" podcast, and author of the book "A Balanced Approach to PCOS." Her podcast focuses on science based information about PCOS, fertility, and other hormone imbalances. She works with clients to figure out the root cause of their PCOS symptoms, and creates personalized plans for clients that go way beyond their diet to get them feeling better.
