The people who achieve success in fitness are the people who get up and make it happen. They look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, then they make them. They don’t make excuses. The word “can’t” doesn’t exist in their vocabulary.
Stop saying “I can’t.” You CAN. You just chose not to.
That’s a REALLY important distinction. And honestly, it's often a hard pill to swallow.
I’m not saying that it’s easy. It’s usually the exact opposite. It’s typically really, really tough. But that doesn’t mean you can’t do it. You can and you will.
