Andrew is a former chemical engineer and alpine ski instructor who jumped into real estate by flipping homes starting in 2007. After successfully flipping houses right through the big crash, in 2011 he transitioned to apartment syndication, and in the last 6 years has re-positioned over 1800 units and now owns over 1700 units. 3 Pillars 1.
