My BIG question this week is around embracing our grey ‘sparkles’ and is it a brave thing to do?

It's something many of us faced during the Covid lockdowns when we couldn't get to the hairdresser. But if its how we naturally look, and matches the stage of life we’re in, is it the right time?

It's also one of those topics that raises the issue of double standards between men and women. Why is it when a male celebrity embraces his grey hair he’s a silver fox and sexy, but when famous woman dares to do the same, she's labelled as brave?
