Rosanna Buchauer is a professional trail runner from Germany running for Dynafit. This year Rosanna won the Lavaredo Ultra Trail and placed 3rd at CCC at UTMB.

In this episode, we discuss everything about her race, how important it was for her to build confidence after her DNF last year, the physical and mental preparation, what goals she had going into it and how she overcame the low moments to climb on the podium.
