I rarely exercise without music and a great playlist can turn a good workout into a great one. In this episode I share the three different types of playlist I like to create to keep me company on my runs and during my resistance workouts. Plus, for your enjoyment, I've created some Spotify playlists for workouts that you can download/follow too.
BPM - Steady Jog - a great, pop playlist to accompany a steady, easy jog.
Crescendo Playlist - those songs that start off slow, build up and take you beyond your personal best.
Feelgood Exercise - the tracks that'll get you in your gym kit even on days when you aren't feeling the pull of the gym. I will not apologise for all the Beyonce and Gaga. 😉
