An estimated 7 million adults in the United States live with a diagnosed bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorders are commonly characterized by shifts in mood, from elevation to depression. Everyone’s experience with bipolar disorder is unique to them, but in this episode, two mental health advocates diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder share their combined experiences.
