Today Shallow receives a lesson in “mansplaining”, and the boys discuss the objective differences seen in the majority of female vs. male strength clientele. In addition, the boys remind us as coaches and clients that honesty is the most important variable in training success. Once again, sticking to our lane of experience is probably the best choice when working with a particular subset of clientele.
