Justin Mihaly is a bodybuilding coach, entrepreneur, and fitness influencer known for his expertise in hypertrophy training, functional nutrition, and coaching competitive bodybuilders. He is the founder of Team Mihaly, a coaching brand that provides training and nutrition guidance for physique athletes and serious fitness enthusiasts who are striving to become elite.

Justin also helps online coaches develop their businesses through better coaching, systems, and marketing. He shares educational content on bodybuilding, nutrition science, and mental toughness through his social media and his podcast, formerly known as "Grow or Die" but now rebranded as “Elite Coaching Cast” – which Choose Hard podcast host Cody McBroom was recently on (episode linked below).
