In this episode I had the great pleasure of welcoming Dr. Theresia Lavergne to talk about the world of “biotics” and how to use them to overcome some of the main challenges in modern poultry farming. Furthermore, we discuss how “biotics” can modulate the intestinal microbiota and how their usage can reduce the use of antibiotics in poultry production.
