Cassie Holmes is an Award-Winning Teacher and Researcher of Time and Happiness. Cassie literally created her own class that she teaches about understanding and achieving happiness. She references a lot of her researched material here and explains some of the assignments she has her students do that seem genuinely thought-provoking, and at times, bittersweet in their presentation.
