Spencer Arnold blew us away this week with his explanation and rational for collecting data. We spoke about where to start, what to collect, what to look out for, and the future of programming. We also spoke about some of the savagery that occurs back stage at competition, both nationally and internationally, between the coaches. This is something we have never truly spoken about and was particularly insightful and interesting to us. All together this episode is to my mind unmissable.
