What you do does matter both inside and out. Your beauty and healthy living are not just dictated by exercise and food. Your life is the culmination of your healthy living.
Everything you do matters!
So look at the big picture to gain a real perspective of your health.

- Back to the basics. Look at what your body needs; exercise, food, and sleep. However, don't forget about the spiritual, psychological, and mental needs too.
- Listen to your body. How do you feel after you eat certain things? How well do you sleep after doing or not doing activities?
- Create your now. Do what's hard now, so it's easy later. The older our cells get, the harder it is to make a change. That's because of habits and stubbornness.
The areas you want to look at and consider are:
- Personal
- Relational / Family
- Mental
- Professional / Career
- Physical
- Financial
- Spiritual
Everything you do will fall into one of those areas. And some actually overlap more than you think. And that's why you need to look at the BIG picture.
Do you trust your gut instincts?
Are you doing what you need to do to create your now, the lifestyle that you desire?
As you go through each area, you are figuring out what needs to happen or change or be combined with some other focus.
This is your life!
So don't put off what needs to happen now.
That's what Create Your Now is all about. Doing what you can in the presence, which is your living legacy, so you can impact the world you touch.
